Promenade Shopping Centre is located just north of the Toronto core. Bowls and Blasters, a 25,000- square-foot entertainment concept that features 12 bowling alleys, indoor bumper cars, arcades, laser tag, and a food and beverage component opened in mid 2025. GoodLife Fitness, a 52,000- square-foot, state-of-the-art facility spanning two levels is scheduled to open in 2026.

KIOSK
Tenants can provide (design and build) their own free-standing, stationary merchandising units that occupy 150-250 sq. ft. and leased on a short term or permanent basis.
PROMOTIONAL SPACE
Experiential/promotional opportunities are also available on a short term basis (approximately 100-150 sq. ft.)
