Promenade Shopping Centre is located just north of the Toronto core. It is situated in the upscale community of Thornhill, surrounded by wealthy and expanding municipalities such as Richmond Hill, Markham and Woodbridge. The local trade area is very unique to Toronto, featuring a high proportion of multigenerational Jewish, Eastern European, Persian and Asian households. As a result, shopping is often a larger family event with higher end brands having a high appeal. 

Promenade offers an exceptional, thriving environment for retail. An extensive redevelopment is currently underway that will integrate mixed-use and high-density residential buildings and feature dedicated, interior pedestrian pathways leading directly into the retail Centre. Phase 1 residential is now open, with full occupancy of over 780 condo units and direct connection to the Shopping Centre.

The redevelopment brings a dynamic renewal to the retail and commercial and residential uses in the area. Bowls and Blasters, a 25,000- square-foot entertainment concept that features 12 bowling alleys, indoor bumper cars, arcades, laser tag, and a food and beverage component opened in mid 2025. GoodLife Fitness, a 52,000- square-foot, state-of-the-art facility spanning two levels is scheduled to open in 2026.

INLINE SPACE

KIOSK

Tenants can provide (design and build) their own free-standing, stationary merchandising units that occupy 150-250 sq. ft. and leased on a short term or permanent basis. 

PROMOTIONAL SPACE

Experiential/promotional opportunities are also available on a short term basis (approximately 100-150 sq. ft.)
