STROLLERS

Promenade offers SmarteCarte Self-Serve strollers. SmarteCarte offers single strollers. Strollers are now located on Level 1 at the St. Louis/T&T Supermarket entrance (Entrance 3).

At Promenade Shopping Centre, our Security team is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all visitors. Patrolling 24/7, 365 days a year, our uniformed and radio-equipped security professionals ensure a strong presence throughout the mall and parking areas. Security coverage is heightened during peak hours to enhance safety and provide prompt assistance whenever needed. Security Officers are trained in CPR and First Aid and are always here to help.

To further support a secure shopping experience, Promenade Security utilizes CCTV surveillance, ensuring continuous monitoring and rapid response to any situation.

Our Security team offers a range of services, including:

- Emergency Response: Providing first aid, CPR, and defibrillator assistance for injuries or medical emergencies

- Vehicle Assistance: Helping locate lost or misplaced vehicles

- Lost or Missing Persons: Assisting in locating lost children or individuals

- Safe-Walk Escorts: Ensuring personal safety by escorting visitors upon request. Please call Security for assistance or visit Guest Services (wait times may vary)

If at any time you notice that you have misplaced an item or have become separated from your group, please visit Guest Services. Or, if you’ve found an item, please drop it off at Guest Services and we will ensure that it is returned to its owner.

At each of our main entrances, Promenade offers exclusive parking options for expectant mothers and parents with young children.

CHILDREN'S INDOOR PLAYGROUND

Bzz-E-Kidz is an indoor playground and multi-sport gym that gives children the opportunity to be active. The facility offers indoor play, after school programs such as art classes, basketball, ball hockey, dance, soccer and karate, as well as birthday parties. Located by Entrance 2 on Level 2.
