Promenade Shopping Centre Gift Cards* are now available to purchase from our Guest Services Desk. Redeemable at most retailers and services, give them the gift of choice with a Promenade Gift Card. 

Gift Cards are accepted at most retail stores and services except the following: 

Baskin Robbins, Bath and Body Works, Bellevova, Bourbon Street Grill, EyeCan, Feta & Olives, Freedom Mobile, iSpa, KFC, Paparazzi Kids, Popeye's, Rexall, Rosietta, Sweet Jesus, Tech Dot Com, The Global Stone, Tim Hortons.

WHEELCHAIRS

Guest Services offers complimentary use of our wheelchairs.

STROLLERS

Promenade offers SmarteCarte Self-Serve strollers. SmarteCarte offers single strollers. Strollers are now located on Level 1 at the St. Louis/T&T Supermarket entrance (Entrance 3).

LOST & FOUND

If at any time you notice that you have misplaced an item or have become separated from your group, please visit Guest Services. Or, if you’ve found an item, please drop it off at Guest Services and we will ensure that it is returned to its owner.

FAMILY PARKING

At each of our main entrances, Promenade offers exclusive parking options for expectant mothers and parents with young children.
