COVID-19 Property Updates

Under the direction of the Provincial Government, commencing April 8, 2021 Promenade Shopping Centre will be closed for in-person shopping with the exception of essential services.
At this time only Entrances 1, 4 & 5 will be open for access to the centre. Entrances 2 & 3 will remain closed.
Everyone entering the mall must complete a screening. You may either do so ahead of time online at: COVID-19 customer screening (ontario.ca) and show your result at the door, or complete it verbally with mall staff upon entering.

All individuals entering Promenade Shopping Centre will be required to wear a mask or face covering while inside the shopping centre. York Region has mandated that facial masks be worn when in indoor public spaces effective Friday, July 17, 2020. For more information on York Region’s policy please click here.
The health & safety of our shoppers, employees and community is always our top priority. Please maintain physical distance of 6 ft at all times while in the shopping centre. We have designated enter and exit doors and ask that you follow the floor markings in the centre. The mall capacity is set at 2,500 to keep our shoppers safe. If this number is exceeded you will be asked to wait outdoors until we are able to allow more people to enter.
