Most importantly this person will assume all responsibilities and duties of the manger in their absence. JOB REQUIREMENTS: •ABILITY TO MENTOR & MOTIVATE A SALES TEAM •EXPERIENCE WITH SITUATIONS INVOLVING CONFLICT RESOLUTION •EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS •LOSS PREVENTION AND STORE MONITORING PRIORITY •ACCURATELY PROCESSING TRANSACTIONS, INCLUDING PAYMENTS, CREDITS/REFUNDS, VOIDED TRANSACTIONS, AS REQUIRED; AND •A POSITIVE ATTITUDE IS A MUST THE IDEAL JOB CANDIDATE WILL HAVE HAD 1 YEAR + MANAGERIAL/ASSISTANT MANAGER POSITION(S) AND EXPERIENCE IN THE BEAUTY INDUSTRY.
