Lost and Found
If at any time you notice that you have misplaced an item or have become separated from your group, please visit Guest Services. Or, if you've found an item, please drop it off at Guest Services and we will ensure that it is returned to its owner.
Coat Check Service
Make your shopping experience more comfortable by checking your coat at our Coat Check Service designed to enhance your shopping experience. Effective October 1st, 2010 A fee of $1.00 per coat will be charged for Promenade Coat Check Services. All proceeds from our coat check service will be donated to York Region Abuse Program.

At each of our main entrances, Promenade offers exclusive parking options for expectant mothers and parents with young children.
Ministry of Transportation / Service Ontario Kiosk
Conveniently located on the lower level, near Pharma Plus, Service Ontario Kiosks allow you to obtain government services and products including: renewal of plate stickers, change address, pay fines, etc.
